This new textural approach to orchestral samples will add life to your arrangements. We then returned to the studio to record even more with the orchestra, including short notes and extended techniques and layers to create the most complete instrument for media composers. Hans Zimmer and Radiohead even continued to use it as part of their “(ocean) bloom” collaboration. We quickly delivered the original library for the team from Bleeding Fingers to use exclusively for the show. Now we at Spitfire are well aware of this approach – this is the method we use for our Swarm libraries, and this opportunity has pushed us to conquer new territory – to use the power of the orchestra with this technique. The effect will be a granular “cloud” of notes – beautiful long sound textures created from layers of micro-moments that will be used instead of the more traditional long notes. New Orchestral Sound: This library is an innovative collaboration with Bleeding Fingers (Planet Earth II, Sons Of Liberty, Roman Empire: Reign Of Blood), who wanted to create this library for use in the BBC’s flagship series: Blue Planet II.

This library was created exclusively in collaboration with Bleeding Fingers and featured in Blue Planet ii and Hans Zimmer/Radiohead in collaboration with “(ocean) bloom”. Adopting the “Swarm” approach but adapted for orchestra, it gives access to even more detail, using a huge variety of articulations and styles of orchestral instruments and giving your compositions a liquid dynamic that will dance next to the imagining. As an alternative to the simple use of simple long notes, this library relies on the point effect of several players playing short notes at random intervals to create a wavy sound that can be executed in real-time to produce impressive results.

Description: A new innovative standard in the sample orchestral library, which will greatly expand your existing orchestral palette to include a huge variety of completely unique textures.
